Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (no signs of wear, stains, or odors);

  • Include all original tags and packaging;

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.

 

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@kinnook.store.

 Do not send any products back without contacting us first.

Because our products are fulfilled by third-party printing and shipping partners, the return address will depend on the specific supplier that produced your item.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with:

  • The correct return address for that specific product, and

  • The instructions to complete the return safely.

Items sent back to any other address (including personal or store addresses) will not be accepted or refunded.

 

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Send clear photos of the issue and the packaging to support@kinnook.store, and we’ll review your case and provide a solution.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Underwear, swimwear, socks, and personal accessories;

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance;

  • Used, washed, or damaged products;

  • Gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to make a new purchase after your return is accepted.

Due to our dropshipping model, we cannot guarantee direct exchanges.

 

EU 14-Day Cancellation Right

If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

However, the product must meet all return conditions listed above. 

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of confirmed defects or errors.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at support@kinnook.store.

 

Important Note

KINNOOK is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers,

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer,

  • Lost packages due to incomplete address information.
